Service Flow
1. Identify the best vehicle for your needs.
Tell us which vehicle you are interested in and the details you request. We will provide you with a quote to the delivery port of your choice.
2. We will submit the requested vehicle data with the quotation.
We only handle vehicles that have been inspected by a professional third-party vehicle evaluator. Additional pre-bid photo services are also available.
3. If both parties have confirmed the condition of the vehicle, your requirements and budget, we will ask you to make a deposit in advance.
Please send a deposit of 60,000 yen to our PayPal account pay@???????. com in advance (100,000 yen). .com as a deposit of 60,000 yen (8% for bids over 1,000,000 yen, up to 600,000 yen for bids over 1,000,000 yen).
The deposit will be refunded (minus PayPal or bank charges) or used for invoicing after you win the car.
4. Once the deposit has been confirmed, the bidding begins.
If the highest bidder meets the reserve amount, he/she will win the auction for only $50 more than the second highest bidder. Bids below the highest bid can also win.
Please note that bids on the vehicle of your choice may not be available due to timing.
5. Once the vehicle is sold at the auction, we will proceed with the transportation arrangements.
After the successful bid, the invoice amount will be paid. The vehicle will then be delivered to the nearest port specified.
6. The vehicle will be exported by any available vessel, depending on your needs and the condition of the vehicle.
We will book your next vessel by RO/RO or container and send you the necessary documents to guide you through the import process.
7. Once the vehicle is loaded, the ship departs the port in Japan.
We send all necessary documents to the client via courier and the client can pick up the vehicle at the designated port.
Alternatively, we can assist the customer in using a local broker to get the vehicle through customs and pick it up at the port or transport it home.
